Inspired Brilliant capture, really need to use full view to see the bird well though, and the amount of detail that has been captured. At some point you could maybe post a picture of only the bird (I am sure you could do something great with that) and link it to this one.

thanks for that I'm not sure about a dev of the bird on its own, cos the res would be quite poor at a larger image size. However if you'd like that section sent through to work into an image let me know

Patience certainly paid off on this one, yeah...
However, what i would have given to take it again with a faster shutter speed - maybe i can get the pigeon to do it again for me sometime
