Not bad for a first attempt. But I think it would look better without the red and blue band on the top and bottom.

Well,
lets start with the concept. Awesome concept but I think you need to concentrate on colors more. I personally dont like the scheme. Blue and red dont hit it off with me. If you went with a ghost white/blue combo it would definately enhance the confidentiality of fbi and such orgs. With the different hues i would also edit the balance in the FBI monicher so that is was uniform with the colors you choose. Well awesome concept keep cracking.
