The beauty of The Garden by day cannot be refuted, but as you can see by night it can be an eerie if not disturbing sight; blood red everywhere you look. Having said that, travellers to Horos needn't be afraid there are no threat's here, not even if one should accidentally get too close to one of the inhabitants of the rival planet. Should such a thing occur any violence which has not been sanctioned by the war council of either planet would be considered a transgression and could lead to millions of deaths, so they pretend they didn't see each other and quickly distance themselves.
