oh, i separate the pic into three part first: left, middle, and right. transformed the left and right part using lens correction feature in photoshop (it's in filter>distort>lens correction; i'm using photoshop cs3 btw) and adjusted the horizontal tilting. after that i put the three parts together again and added shadows at the corners with burn tool. hope that helps. ^^
