probably, i had a user complaining about the same thing on the comments on my "DST" theme and also saw it on a few (not all) screenshots, so i guess it is just like that
but hey, it still looks cool with the plain color. try too keep the command height as small as possible. you can use negative values for CommandTopBorderSize to fit the font in.

yeah. don't tell me there's some kind of incompatability problem...

i've got that, but it's still coming up with a white/whatever other colour i've set it to background for the edit box for some reason

looks very nice and usable so far. good layout, iยดd say keep the task label, sometimes icons are not enough
for lsxcommand you have to define a bitmap background. like this:

CommandTransparentEditBox
CommandBackground command.bmp

aaargh. and now i forget that devart eats anything after an unescated >, so teh description isn't there. i am not having a good day.

description:

most of the details are in the screenshot, so not a lot to say here...

space for tasks will be kinda tight at low resolutions, since i run at 1600x1200 myself, so anything below 1024 is probably a bad idea.

oh, and does anyone know if it's possible to get lsxcommand to show the background properly, rather than just the border of it? from reading the readme, CommandTransparentEditBox would seem to do what i want, but that doesn't seem to do anything....
