This is many years into Ayaka's story. Ayaka has the bright hot pink hair, her sister Shina has the purple hair, Maoron is the other rocket grunt, Muse is the cotton pink hair, and Helix is our green friend.

So this is a very interesting end of the story line. So Shina kinda screws everyone over and more or less betrays everyone she can. Maoron pretty much is the only one who can see through her and is a little messed up in the head. Helix is all whos left to protect Ayaka from an incident in her past and he has a weird effect that was put on his pokeballs that stop his Pokemon from evolving permanently. As for Muse he has a connection with his Munna that allows a psychic abuse feeling to him. He can throw off his opponents through psychic and trick room very effectively.
