Now I introduce seat number 1 of the Overseer's. Say hello to Spirit! She is in charge of the overall wellbeing and maintenance of the world. Any calamity or things out of order she is in charge of fixing even if it means breaking a few laws as well. Besides the 1st original she is the only New Leaf to be sent with 100% of her power! The reason behind that is because she is the only ghost type that can go between the world voluntarily. She appeared in the other world originally to find a place for habitation for the New Leaf, but ended up being able to continuously go back and forth between them.
