Title: Perfect Partners

Plot:
The show opens at the Canterlot Natural History Museum, where the perky tour guides are teaching visitors at the museum about the museum's prized possession the Kruger Rat, which has the ability to control the minds of rats when exposed to the light of a full moon. Just as they finish, The Dazzlings bursts in through the skylight, and after a somewhat embarrassing introduction of himself (they gets confused with two other villains and finds out that nobody in the museum knows who they are, then they explain to them), and manages to steal the Kruger Rat. The tour guide sheds her disguise, revealing herself as Sunset Shimmer, Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, Twilight Sparkle, Applejack, Fluttershy, and Rarity and goes after the Dazzlings.
Meanwhile, on the other side of town, Flash Sentry, Micro Chips, and Sandalwood, which lands in the back of the villains truck, and The Boys gives chase to it, harming The Mane 7 in the process.
Once inside their headquarters, The Dazzlings announces his plans for the Kruger Rat and how he'll use his fellow rodents to commit crimes around the city... then Dudley bursts in, completely oblivious as to what's happening, still after his toy, and injures Principal Cinch, Filthy Rich, and Juniper Montage while trying to get it. The Dazzlings assumes that Flash, Micro Chips, Sandalwood, and the Mane 7 come together to get the Kruger Rat. They both laugh this off, and The Dazzlings uses this to escape, while all They can do are just say "Wow, what a weird and creepy dude." As soon as this happens, The Mane 7 arrive. The Mane 7 are intent on arresting Flash, Micro Chips, Sandalwood for "interfering with her operation", but Principal Celesita is more concerned as to how Flash, Micro Chips, Sandalwood managed to tackle three of the city's most wanted criminals.
Back home, Flash, Micro Chips, Sandalwood are subjected to various tests, and it's discovered that they have the abilities of every men there are (and a dash of Billy goat, which Vice Principal Luna can't quite explain). After seeing Flash, Micro Chips, Sandalwood injure at least five scientists, The Mane 7 instantly decides to make them an Agent, with Flash, Micro Chips, Sandalwood as their trainers. Despite The Mane 7's protests (and a brief fight scene/slap fight with Flash, Micro Chips, Sandalwood), Principal Celestia puts them back on the case. Heading to the pier where The Dazzlings' escape pod landed, the two begin to search... well, The Mane 7 actually searches as Flash, Micro Chips, Sandalwood just talks about how awesome having a cape would be. They fall into one of The Dazzlings' traps, and are later tied up, with cheese on their heads. The Dazzlings proceeds with his plan, and uses Flash, Micro Chips, Sandalwood and The Mane 7 as an appetizer for their rat army. The Mane 7 tells Flash, Micro Chips, and Sandalwood to use their super sense of smell to tell her where the rats are coming from, and they gain an advantage over the rats. Flash, Micro Chips, and Sandalwood backflips into the air, resulting in the cheese mask slipping off. They rolls around in it, causing the cheese to seep into the ropes and the rats to unwittingly gnaw them off. Once free, The Mane 7 and Flash, Micro Chips, and Sandalwood proceed to beat up the rats. The Dazzlings boasts that they still has the Kruger Rat and will still go through with this plan. However, they ends up falling into a cage beneath him thanks to The Mane 7, Flash, Micro Chips, and Sandalwood pressing a release button for the catwalk to collapse under his feet.
The following day, the Kruger Rat is returned to the museum and The Mane 7, Flash, Micro Chips, and Sandalwood gets a new suit with a cape. They then decides that They wants to press a button in the agent Mobile, despite The Mane 7's warnings. Flash, Micro Chips, and Sandalwood presses it anyway and is ejected out of the chairs. The Mane 7 says that maybe working with Flash, Micro Chips, and Sandalwood might not be so bad after all... and gets hurt when Flash, Micro Chips, and Sandalwood crashes onto them and the Mobile.
