They're both supervillains started off as wimpy dorks, wanted to be heroes but gave up on it after being rejected by the people they were trying to impress and use their powers/abilities for selfish reasons out of petty spite come together to form an awesome supervillain team up. So, imagine what would happen if these 2 met each other in a bar where they are discussing about how they got rejected.
