Style - Aristocrat
Aristocrat is a more mature style, so I'm not sure whether it would actually be called lolita. But it is associated with it, simply because of it's old-fashioned elegance. The skirts are longer and they don't have to be bell-shaped, and he shoes and other accessories are typically less cutesy. It's what lolitas grow up to be - an elegant, refined lady.

I love this picture, it's my favorite out of your lolita series. The darker, cooler color tones are perfect, that aqua color is just gorgeous.
You've got a great sense of imagination, concept, poses, and details/designs. They work together very well and creates such marvelous pieces. 
I like the design a lot, especially details like the top hat (very cute, done very nicely) and the corset like top, it shows off her figure with lovely lace details and criss-crosses, beautiful design work. Again, the coloring for everything is crisp and smooth, it's a very futuristic, conceptual piece of art.
The only thing I'd change is her lips, they are a bit lopsided and adding a bit of light lipstick (going with the same blue green tone there) would help with the expression, which would assist in bringing out those smoky eyes of hers even further.
Gorgeous job, you have a wonderful style! Keep up the great work!

You're right about the lips, I spent ages playing with different colours and defining lines, and then I just sorta gave up - cop-out - hehe. But I'll re-do that bit along with the elongated leg someone pointed out when I have spare time!

It's ok, sometimes we artists just can't stand something and give up, perfectly understandable. Of course, you don't need to fix it right away, I usually don't fix mistakes so that it can remind me in the future and show improvement in my artwork.

I love this character. I like the elements that you're using to the background also, it looks softer and more elegant, same as the elements that you put onto the costume. I think it represents spring in a good way, because of the colors also.

From the angle of her hip, her foot shouldn't be at the same level as her other foot..Then her hip would be dislocated.

Loving the whole colour scheme for this, as it's not common to see one to use these colours for a lolita. I'd say you captured spring theme well though ^^
