The final of the Isshu starters, the water type Mijumaru (Oshawott).I wasn't going to draw him at first since i submitted a picture with this little guy in the other day, but i thought i might as well complete the trio. :3
And yes, i am aware that the attack effect looks crappy, lol. It was a last minute addition... I may remove it later... o_o
