A quick Run through:
Prussia, through a string of events gets shrunk to the age of 5, and then is kidnapped by the allies, through another string of events, the spirit of Germania is released to deal with Prussia as no one else can.
In this scene Gilbert was feeling a bit invincible and was mouthing off and flipping the allies off, not realizing Germania had appeared behind him
When I read that scene near the end...I just had to draw it

I just read that chapter, I felt so sorry for Prussia D: I mean, if I was taken by them (not matter how much I love Iggy and America) I would have gone further and bitten them and created a whole new volcabulary of swear just for them. Poor, poor Prussia
