I could see his three forms representing different ways he can manipulate stitchpunks.
The First form could be a form that manipulates punks (mainly females and homosexuals) through charm and arousal.
I see the second form being the type that uses fear to manipulate stitchpunks.
The final form could be the form that demands to be treated like a god he is the corruptor and will corrupt everything around him when he doesn't get the acknowledgment he asks from his "followers".
