Story:
Lagos saved carrying his tail high for special occasions.
Celebrations, events, getting grapes as a treat.
Maybe he'd get grapes if he did well in this liberty class. But better to check if Rafael had any with him. Otherwise, Lagos would just be disappointed at the end of this.
The stallion knew that Rafael kept his treats either in his grooming box or in his right pocket. The left one was reserved for the black thingy that all the humans stared at a lot.
His rider was at the moment busy brushing his mane thus restricting his access to the grooming box. So the pocket it was.
While pretending to go in for a mutual groom Lagos nipped at the magical treat pocket.
Which was empty.
Well if he didn't have any treats on him then Lagos would just go on strike.
But there was still the grooming box to check. It stood slightly behind Rafael and was hidden from Lagos's prying gaze.
Carefully and slowly Lagos shifted his weight to the left where his rider stood. A quick step to the side and *crash*
"Ah damnit!" Rafael had taken a step back to move with his horse and had stumbled over the grooming box. While he had managed to stay upright with a quick saving grab toward the fence the box had not been that lucky. Its contents had spilled over the floor.
And there they were! Not fresh grapes but a bag full of raisins!
Lagos snorted pleased. Yes, for a bag of raisins he would do his best and carry his tail as high as he could.

Featuring:

He's not the most perfect Arabian (both in conformation and behavior-wise) but he is a smart and motivated partner.
