My nephew's friend came up with this character design and this is my take of it.
My nephew sent me this description after I finished it:
Our main character was made in a factory. In secret the FBI have been funding the doctor to make a killing machine code named the ninja robot. The ninja robot was the most fierce foe to any organization killing any that gets in his way, this would be known as the red path (due to how much people he's killed and all of the blood he causes) -story from Zack
The original design had a bionic arm ending in an axe.
