Following on from Golden Deer dwindling by the beach

Eventually, Hilda stopped shrinking. Her suddenly stabilized size granted her the perspective she needed to notice that not only Marianne, but Leonie was shrinking as well. She squeaked a warning at her friends.

"Oh no... what are we going to do?" Marianne panicked, "our friends won't be able to find us if we shrink too small!"

"We need to get somewhere high up... over there!" Leonie pointed towards a nearby table. She scooped up Marianne and hurried in its direction, but by the time she got there she was too short to reach the top of it. She had to quickly go for the slightly lower sun lounger instead, throwing her friends onto it before climbing up herself. The tiny duo cried out in surprise as their bodies bounced on the fortunately soft sunbed. Leonie managed to join them, but by that time she had shrunk as small as they had.

"O-oh... everything is so big now..." Marianne breathed.

"Damn it! I should've noticed I was shrinking sooner!" Leonie cursed, "now what are we going to do?"

"I guess we'll have to wait here for a bit," Hilda said, "maybe someone will come along and see us. Hopefully before sitting down."

"We could be crushed..." Marianne sighed.

"Well, we'll just have to shout loud enough when the time comes," Hilda shrugged, "since we're stuck here anyway, we might as well try to relax a bit..."
