One of the many acupuncture Faeries....I call them the Accupuncture Fae, because they are responsible for unknown pin pricks and pins and needles, and the occasional bruise that you have no idea where it came from.
This little guy walks around in an armour of a horse chestnut shell and i found him rolling down my trouser leg
damn it hurt...
