I've seen a lot of drawings that portray people with holes in their bodies and something passing through, but in this case the fact that the fog is animated makes it so much more special!!

Very unsettling piece. I've never seen anything quite like it. You've really maximized the impact of the piece by using animation for the smoke. I also love the 'simple' color palette used. Gorgeous.
