There's a lot to say about this guy...

Thus far, for this little series going over the gods of Final Ars Astra, I've only gone over a bunch of the lesser gods; Deva Nebula does not fit into this category. Formed just after the dawn of the universe from a collapsing nebula, Deva Nebula is seen here about to conjure a bunch of demons on an otherwise peaceful planet.

Deva Nebula created the Demonthrope race after becoming inspired by the evolution of the Arrenguardia race. Even though Ars Astra only expended a small amount of her power to create the first few, they soon began learning, developing and reproducing, becoming much more than what they were on their own, with little exertion needed on Ars Astra's part. Deva Nebula, being a being that valued power above all else, was fascinated by this and decided to do an experiment, where he pitted his creations, the Demonthrope, a race possessing a semblance of humanity as the Arrenguardia do, against the Demons, monsters who wish to consume all other lifeforms in the universe for the sake of gaining power.

Deva Nebula was the first to become aware of the alternate dimension where the cosmic horrors such as the World Eater and Heaven's Grasp come from. Predicting that this dimension would become a problem later, he became obsessed with power, and when the day comes that the shit hits the fan, his plan is to either lead an army of Demons or an army of Demonthrope in battle against the alternate dimension (whichever of the two is able to ultimately prove its worth). He's actually responsible for all the culture in Final Ars Astra revolving around everyone trying to become more powerful; everyone wants to be able to deal with the alternate dimension, which the people only know about thanks to Deva Nebula.

In no particular order, the three oldest and most powerful beings in the universe are Ars Astra, Cetaka and Deva Nebula here. Among those three, Deva Nebula is the most feared, seemingly the most cruel and uncaring, though he isn't hated by the inhabitants of the universe. One of the reasons for his reputation is that he goes around populating planets with demons and monsters. The Demonthrope actually love their creator for this, because to them, it's like he's giving out free food. The Arrenguardia are grateful to him for creating the Demonthrope and some Setsunians revere him thanks to the "Deva Force" which I'll go over later (the short of it is that its something that they can incorporate into their fighting style). The Forgelings purely don't care for him, and feel that his logic for why he spawns demons on planets is flawed. He's also not very helpful when it comes to protecting planets; to him, a planet that can't save itself isn't worth saving.

He goes by a few different names as well. The Arrenguardia call him "ol' star eyes" and the Setsunians call him "the nebulous one". The Forgelings call him the Cosmo Devil.

I think this came out really cool. It's almost beyond what I'm capable of drawing, and yet I drew it. I doubt that makes sense, but that's how I feel about it.
