This is amazing! The water and the lighting effects are among the best I've ever seen.
My only minor issue is I think the cloud could have benefited from looking fluffier and less solid (They're really well done but I feel they clash stylistically with the rest of it, slightly. Maybe the foreground just overshadows it too much?).
But even so this is one of the best Deviations I've seen in a while. Near perfect!

Как и в случае с мостом атмосфера очень очень приятная! ( здесь даже больше), прямо взято из Синкая.
А что на деревяном помосте с правой стороны ярко голубые блески на краях?
