The first thing that came to mind was, wow. This is a screenshot from Beyond - a clip from the Animatrix.
I don't know if that's a good or a bad thing.
It's really good, but far too similar to be something other than Beyond.

Wonderful job. I've always wondered how colors in this style are pulled off: I can't grasp the Photoshop work necessary to get an image like this.
