Description
This painting was inspired by the arrival of snow this year. I just love when it's snowing... it's so peaceful and quiet (as long as it's not super windy). I think snow would have to be my favourite type of weather, even before rain and thunderstorms, which I also love. I named this painting 'Sound of Snow' because depending on the type of snow, snowfall in the forest can either have a twinkly/sparkly sound, or it can be almost perfectly quiet and continue to absorb sound as it accumulates. You, the viewer, can decide whether the snowfall in this painting would have a sound or if it's completely quite.
