Very conceptual Arto : the grey grass symbolizing winter (end / death of nature) with the wall as white as snow and at the very background autumn that is just something we remember.
Very nice Arto !

The simplicity and contrast in this one really caught my eye. Excellent gallery!

I have no words for this it's perfect would like to pass trhought that white hole and take a look around, I like so much the contrast betweem colors and the little leaf that breaks with dark in the front grass
those white walls remind me the houses of AndalucΓa and Baleares, the south part of Spain here in the north the typical houses are of naked stone. I'm wondering about what's behind those autumn creatures, seems a foggy horizon, white snowed earth for colorful autumn, amazing work as always and Feliz 06

Oooh, I love it, arto! Did you de-saturate the sky and the ground in the window also?

Thank you my friend. How would I explain that...hmmm...It was taken in the afternoon while the first snow has fallen and the sky was light gray. I measured the light on the trees on background so the sky and the ground become over exposured. And yes I washed the colours out in the front. The "window" is a detail of a sculpture made by a local artist Jaakko Valo (= Light). Hope you got something about this
