thank you! it certainly is quite difficult to imagine Xan being as dangerous and scary as his portrait seems, so I thought some kind of change was in order. ^__^

I knooow! Especially since he had about 8 hp and his specialist mage class restricted a ton of spells. (I would routinely beef him up with GateKeeper mwahaha)

thanks! The original portrait had weird lighting and was kind of dark, so what color is it supposed to be? dark...blonde? light brown? green?

I think it was supposed to be brown. But that's just cause I had to lighten it up on my computer. Maybe he had a few blonde streaks... but the more I look at this pic, the more I wish Xan was blonde. He looks so good with light hair!

I might have to try a different version of him sometime. I feel like the vagueness of his original portrait left it open to different interpretations... Elves are fun to draw, anyway. ^__^
