Description
This is Periwinkle, aka Perry. He's an expressive domesticated gecko from my personal Fallout: New Vegas canon He looks pretty dumb and his eyes never look in the same direction, but he's arguably quite intelligent, able to understand human speech and execute complicated commands. He can't talk.

Perry is the pet/helper of the Mechanists, a group of "raiders" obsessed with automobile and vehicle technology. But mostly motorcycles as they dream of being a biker gang. Perry fetches tools, helps carry scraps, and generally just be of help.
