Finally finished this picture of my dragon not-quite-god character, Flare! (I was young when I named him and its been too long now lol)

The way I colored and shaded his armor kinda reminds me of old yugioh card art, but it works for me, so I'm not gonna be mad about it lol

This character is ten years old! One of my favorites too, I think. I haven't drawn him all that often, but it's been a trip to see my older versions of him and see how much I've improved over the last ten years lol

It's also nice to know that even though most of what I draw now is silly or simple, I can still draw more detailed stuff if I want to, even if drawing armor is the WORST.

Little fun fact, those loops on his pauldrons are for his wings! He can use them to hook his wing claws to his armor, making his wings look more like a cape behind him!
