Light's hair looks a little awkward, from my point of view, but it is really good.

I had to look up the comic, 'cause the shinigami dude looks a lot like The Crow, the makeup is pretty much identical. I wonder if there's some kind of connection...like they come from similar legends or something. seeing as how they both deal with death and all.

Damn the manga was so good!
I didnt like the ending but... still the best suspense/detective manga i have ever read
Damn the movie sucked bawls!!! There is not gonna be any Mellow/Near stuff! Darn!
Damn the anime was materially above average but seeing same parts in the original and the movie took out the fun of being surprised!
All in all, this is really good. Raito looks a bit unmongoloid...

You did an absolutely excellent job on Ryuk the color is very vivid, and you did a great job on deviating from the manga style just enough. Your characters faces are very expressive.

awesome work. i dont really know the comics, but i love your draw style. you can draw details amazingly well, and at the same time give a... uhm, blurred? ...effect that contributes to the eye-catching part of the image/concept itself. awesome work, as i said. keep it up
