I liked the movie but i never understood how a woman with such a tiny waist could have such a large chest.

I do. The creators were most likely trying to create a woman of such comical proportions that most people would find her more humorous than attractive.
Incidentally, this decision proved that those creators were actually aliens from a far off galaxy, and didn't really get what men are.
