MAN!!!! i been trying and trying to get anywhere near your kind of sketches, and i suck(i'm REALLY impatient soo that might have something to do with it), please give me some adivce. (also can you answer my one question, did you start out this good, work your way up to this, or did you just spend alot of time hovering above a piece of paper with a pencil and eraser, erasing and making tiny changes until after 40 hrs you finally got it to look good?????)

I love the ergonomics on those stations! I like the girls and poses as well, but it was the ergonomics that inspired me to post a comment.

...in comparison to your other works, it is a bit rougher but it's Character design and for what this is +how well and cleanly it was executed it's wondeful
I like it so much (especially the beautiful expressions in the headshots) that I'm going to add this to my favorites
