To only prove to say it's fan made, is to look at the detail.
Look at the Digital Sea. Usually, it's supposed to be further down. That's the only way to prove it's made by a virtual program. The only way it looks like it's from the actual Lyoko is, for example, the Lyoko Tower in this pic.
I wonder how you can do the actual Lyoko Tower like that.
