MINOR details may be altered, but please run it by me first. ***

MUST be a member (not just a watcher) of TheOccultus to own one!!

You may NOT sell / re-sell this creature!! (For points/ digital currency, real currency, art, ect. )

** If you leave the group, or no longer want them, they will be returned to me, and the ownership reverts back to be. {May change in the future, and you may be able to use the design/ colors, just not the species itself.
Aka; you will have to heavily modify it to NOT look like the species I own}

You may be compensated for any art done by you, and you'll get credit for doing the art, but by leaving the group, or returning them to me you forfeit all ownership of them.

Add Detail on the same Rarity trait: 50 Tokens
Add Detail from a higher Rarity trait: 150 Tokens

CLOSED SPECIES WARNING:

For all of you out there involved in the anti-closed species movement, I have a message for you:

'Closed Species', for me, is simply a way to keep track of who's using my designs/creatures/species. It's a way for ME to keep track of how often they're used, what's being done to them after people no longer want them, ect.

Also, they are closed to keep the game easy to run at the moment, as I'm doing everything myself.
By keeping them slightly/semi closed, I can keep my sanity until I can get more help with running the game!

I agree with the idea of the group, but they are known to steal copywrited designs/creatures/species.

None of my species will be sold for money/points. - they can all be obtained through art!!

I don't, and will NEVER stand by art theft.
It's rude and disrespectful.
(And possibly a way for others to get 'easy' money.)
