Octavio its a normal human guy with a lot of gadgets at his disposal. He always has a new trick in his sleeve.
Also octavio is okay to be just called Octo.
Personality:
Octavio is friendly but sometimes mischievous when he gets bored or just wants to impress his friends.
Origin-
Octavio is autor that somehow gets into a fictional world. After that he tried to stay away from things he made as he was scared of what they would think about or what they could do to him.
Somehow he admires Gem as someone great and tries to impress him and be his pal.

Zap gun:
Octo owns an older type of zap gun capable of zipping anyone in range of 25 meters. As an older type of gun it has a slight tendency to malfunction and zapping Octo instead.
Gas grenades:
Basic smoke grenades that are instead of smoke filled with tfing gas that can quickly fill the whole room.
Warning:
After the trigger is pulled, the grenade cannot be disarmed.
