Experiment 628 - Designed to be the ultimate monster of destruction, surpassing the flaws of 627 and the successes of 626. 628 sinks in water and cannot lift more than 2,000 more than her own weight, but she is more agile, able to leap farther and move faster than Experiments 626 and 627, almost as if she were flying. Though not gifted with the excessive powers of other Experiments, Jumba returned to a simpler approach by allowing her the ability to blast concussive plasma, which explodes in a shockwave on impact. 628’s biggest design flaw is her personality. She barely has one. Little more than a violent animal, 628 has no ingenuity, creativity, or mischief in her. She almost mechanically, methodically, tears down everything she touches, with no curiosity or interest in anything else. This was to prevent her having a sense of humor as oversensitive as 627, as well as to keep her from being able to be turned to good. Instead, she is locked off and one-dimensional in personality. 628 was never activated.

Whatever could you be implying?? Why, I simply thought “I’ll make 628 look like a Stitch 2.0.” Any resemblance to characters outside the Lilo & Stitch franchise must be PURELY coincidental! 😉 😉
