Typically going into the urban/downtown area would be more than enough of a deterrent for most of the “unique” wildlife of the area, but not this time. The reptilian beastie, Betty, is dead set on ending the fleeing boy. Going right into the heart of downtown Oak River not caring. It’s now or never in her mind. Runs by Sheriff Doug, during his lunch break, as he’s being chased down by the giant reptile.
