Description
In this experiment we attempted to fuse intelligence and dexterity with the ability to weather the cold. We chose chimpanzee and crested penguin DNA.The result is a bit odd looking; but with the cybernetic enhancements the subject is a sparkling conversationalist. It goes without saying that the cranial crest is amazing.
