Well, I hope it's easy to follow! This is how I draw water very quickly, when pressed for time. It's an extremely simplified way of doing things.
Please note I'm currently not a professional and I'm also not trained in anything to do with arts, so this method of doing things may not be for everyone.
When you can, always refer to your references! Don't follow what I did here too blindly lol >_>
