The original "Rusty the Firefly Whisperer". I illustrated this with a laptop trackpad in GIMP. That was my only means of doing digital art at that time and gosh was the finger cramps painful. So glad after that I got a Wacom Bamboo tablet. (That was $75 at that time).He is one of my old original characters and was part of a project called "A Rusty Life". This project is planned to come back and be a DeviantArt exclusive story. A whole new story and title name will be created since the old one was all over the place. It's a strictly dog driven story, so if you like animals, this may be for you. It is inspired by Anime/Manga Series Ginga Densetsu Weed and Ginga Nagareboshi Gin.
