Anumaril was a highly accomplished inventor and architect, but his attempts to tame the nature of Valenwood ended with him being locked in his own mind with the many restrictions that being an Orrery imposes.
In addition to endless Despair and Guilt, a gigantic Wrath roams in the plane, which can't go anywhere. Anumaril has his own reasons for hating the entire world and the other ones too). Either way, he has company.
Steveon is not canon character - he is an Ayleid who once entered the Orrery and decided not to leave, since he felt good in this unsteady copy of Tamriel, and he simply stayed here.
