ive been posting stuff on my instagram [ www.instagram.com/arvozephyr/ ] with flavor text (.. is that what its called??) but heh! i realised i can do the same on deviantart so im copy/pasting from insta

it's generally something very short and then me expanding on context/relationships/situations/etc.

tepopo reclines back in his seat as knaveve leans towards him. "we've come to an agreement, then, no?" knaveve grins. ★ "you know what? sure." tepopo looks down as knaveve extends his hand forwards. he inhales.
"ain't got anything better to do with my time anyways, fancypants. might as well get something out of it."

he accepts knaveve's gesture, taking knaveve's hand in his in agreement of knaveve's proposition.

tepopo isn't entirely sure of what working for the collective will entail, but he's got a rough idea. he knows there's more to it than bogus magic shows and runaway carnies.

he's not suited for either, so he knows he's signing up for something different.

knaveve and tepopo's relationship is one of the most complicated out there. it begins with knaveve taking interest in tepopo, who's fresh out of genetic modification - knaveve's the first person to willingly talk to tepopo, which is concerning enough, given that everybody (including tepopo himself) considers him to be a monster.

tepopo knows he's fucked up physically. he knows he won't get much work now that the army's booted him for being a technological failure. he'll take whatever he can get.

he spends the next two years under knaveve. his instincts were right - he wasn't hired for the public shows the collective put on. he's the gang's gunman for their midnight escapades - he's the gang's firepower, extra coverage for the collective when they're dealing with theft and murder.

the following two years are rocky. he meets nitoto, who leads him down the path of a good man. he leaves the collective suddenly, where knaveve declares that tepopo and himself are enemies the second tepopo leaves the room.

they spend the rest of their time at eachother's throats. tepopo's new focus is on being a hero to his community, and he actively attempts to disrupt the collective's shows and expose them for the criminals they are.

he's got other revenge plans on the mind, unfortunately, which he personally deems more important than squabbling with his former employer.
