For group plot purposes, the position of Allegretto is being filled up by this guy because Allegretto is the main Division of Symphoria and would hold some significance. = 7 =;;; but I can't abandon Dimi either so yeah.

Jac has a small diamond gemstone implanted into his palm that acts as the medium to call his swordblade. It is not visible as it's inside his hand.

Skills:
+ Sonic Boom: A trumpet like device attached to his blade lets out a sonic boom that is used to confuse and temporarily stun foes. Limited uses as it stresses the weapon.

+ Palm Burn: Using either his Light/Dark/Fire/Lightning magic, he is able to built it up with the gem in his palm and when grasping a target, uses the magic to inflict damage.

Personality:
Very friendly and outgoing, takes a philosophy of living in the moment. Fairly disciplined when he has to, especially in official matters but can still have that quirky nature of poking fun into things. Likes to tease people and joke around. Due to his training and involvement as a soldier, doesn’t easily get scared. Fairly unnoble like when in a situation that allows it. Very hardworking and at times a bit rash too. He can be at times a bit too confident in himself.

Fighting style:
He’s more of an attack oriented fighter, making his blows and defence quite high but he is slow in movement and reaction, especially from the left hand side.

History:

Born into the Symphorian royal family, Jacques is the third child of the King’s elder brother, in other words, the nephew of the King Alfried. Being in the royal family had it’s perks. He grew up in an environment devoid of hardships.... or so many thought.

From a very young age, Jacques had been trained to be the gentleman, noble among nobles, as his mother put it. But this was all because his father, Prince Albert, hoped that Jacques will some day take the throne that he believed was rightfully his, being the eldest son. Though, Prince Albert’s sanity was in doubt due to some bad gene pool from their ancestors which lead to his bypass of the throne to Prince Alfried instead. Bitterly, he placed his hopes on his own children, pushing them to their limits.

In the years of growing up in a glided cage, Jacques’ siblings went through a lot of medical issues, resulting in their deaths. Jacques was now the sole survivor that was spared from his family’s corrupted gene pool. Though this means, the pressure to do well was completely on him and he soon grew to resent it.

Upon the age of 16, he was enlisted to join the Symphorian Force, the military of Symphoria for complusory training as a royal and noble. Jacques soon got used and revelled in the freedom from being in the grip of his overbearing parents and by the independent nature of the personnel he met there. He continued to stay on with the military after the supposed two year stint and the years he spend there pretty much built up his character.

Now at the age of 24, his uncle, upon looking through the candidates for the Allegretto position that had been left open by Kaven, decided that it would be a good idea to consider Jacques. There wasn’t anything out of the ordinary so, the King installed Jacques as leader to give the main Division a proper leader and to relieve Dimitrios of his responsibilities as a leader of two Divisions. And so he picks up the leadership position with stride.

Other Info:
+ SPARKLES.
+ Has a slight blind side which is on the left due to an injury sustained from his time in the military, reason why he wears glasses. His left eyesight is much lower compared to the right.
+ Finds delight in commoner things and activities, never really gets to do much as his parents rely heavily on the servants to do their bidding and forces him to do the same whenever he’s home.
+ Highly energetic and enthusiastic.
+ Doesn’t quite like to be address by the title of ‘Earl’ by his fellow Division members and also the common people. But will mess with the snobbier nobles with his title, just for the fun of it.
+ Is fond of his cousins, the princesses and prince.
+ People are sceptical of his capabilities due to his age and also royal connections (thinks he was gifted the position instead of earning it).
+ Stays with his parents in a mansion next to the palace.
