A van shows up to the bridge Genki and some of his homeless friends are drinking and celebrating in the name of a lost friend. the van opens up and shows a red dragon triad man dressed nicely. He approached the hobos and took an unopened beer. He proposed a job offer for a construction site in Kowloon walled city for a chance of a sum of newyen. Genki who sat against the wall looked as the guys vanished into the van, eager for a hand full of change to full-fill their alcoholism. But this wasn't in the interest of the blue oni.
