Very cute and well drawn picture! Your artwork is so vibrant and colorful, it's almost blinding! LOL. I love your color choices as well.

The setting for this is pretty cool, Ash looks very annoyed and Misty is very cute in her outfit there, looks like she borrowed something from Ash. Of course, Pikachu being there adds a lot more cuteness to this picture.
