Nicholas Luthern Vladimir Prower II was born to his father by the same name. when he was 15 the advisors to his father and the Prower council promised that if he killed his father he would be crowned Czar faster. he did so and regretted it. after he was crowned he removed the secret police his father had. he reinstated many rights, he started a new part of the service. the peace corps. He was the first Peace general with the red and blue kinds of uniforms. He gave the throne to his son at 47. Aka Axel Litch Prower the third. He continued to work with peace service and was the first to other than Axel I. The order of S.T Axel first class. He died in 2215.
