G E N E R A L

Please read the following terms of service agreement carefully.
By Commissioning (C) Ashe's Art, You hereby agree to be bound by all the terms. It is the responsibility of you, the user, customer to read the terms and conditions before proceeding an order. If you do not expressly agree to all the terms and conditions, your order may be declined.

(C) Ashe's Art. This term of service agreement is effective as of 01/01/2017

Commissioned Orders can be set through Via in Note in D.A. Twitter, Facebook F.A. or Email.

All Orders must be properly addressed to Kuu-Nara , Ashe's Fine Arts or Ashe Chan, and must complete the necessary information.
Please provide information in order if the picture needs to be a certain size.
All payment must be paid in full after the review and accepted the sketch.
Each Commission Piece will have a tagged Time-frame. If you need a picture done within an amount of time. Please provide that information when making your Order.
I reserve the right to refuse and reject a commission.

Paypal
All payment on Paypal must be sent in USD or Euros form.
Payment is required after commissioner has approved the sketch.
PayPal fees is NOT Included in the Prices. Please use: www.gregledet.net/ppfcm.html to determined how much to send. If I have not received full payment due to PayPal fees, the order will be put on hold until full payment has arrived.

Points
Send points though Gifting process. For my Widget does not work.

Uploading
The Finishing order will be uploaded on DA/Twitter/Facebook/FA/Other and will always provide a Watermark.
The Commissioner is allowed to submit the order piece to their own gallery with proper credit, tags and information.
The finished work can be used by the commissioner for private use only unless stated otherwise. Profit or commercial use is prohibited.
I have full right to use the commissioner's order in personal galleries, portfolio and prints under the right conditions such as, Realistic cats, dogs, and backgrounds. All Personal Characters will not be re-sold unless with permission.
