Was having art block and I didn't want to delay any longer, so I ended up using a previous base/pose for this and the DTA, I hope you guys don't mind to much! ;3;; Anyway I love using accents of red on designs like this! C: I realized too late that I could have used other types of bells, but I think it's okay XD

HOW TO ENTER/RULES AND INFORMATION
You must be a member of Spectrel-Hollow (you don't need to own a spectrel to join)! Membership will be checked when the winning number is drawn, if the winner is not a member then a new number will be chosen!
You can have up to two entries, one by commenting and one by advertising for this raffle through a journal/poll/status/etc. Please provide a link to your advertisement in your comment!
You may only enter with one account, please do not enter with both a main and side account. Entering with more than one account will void your entries.
The winner will receive the original sized, un-watermarked images of the spectrel, and may make simple changes to the design as well as choose the gender. Feel free to add clothing/accessories as well!
You may not sell this design, only trade it or give it away.
