So, I had seen The Awkward Yeti's gall bladder comics floating around Facebook, liked them and laughed. A few days later, I find out my brother had to go in for emergency gall bladder removal. Everything went fine and he is fine. Since this character was fresh in my mind, I thought it would make the perfect "get well" card for him.

P.S. He loved it.
