Adobe make a change in CS4 & that was to take out a command 'Extract' from it that actually had a worth.So If you have installed CS4 the normal way,Under the filter menu you wouldn't see the word "Extract..." there.
So how would you put it back in it..??? Solution is if you are a owner of previous version of Ps
like CS2/CS3 or 7 even,you can easily locate the plugin file in directory mentioned in the preview and paste it in new installation
directory of CS4 or if CS4 is the first version of your Photoshop then better download the plugin from my gallery and follow the steps.
After that give Photoshop a restart & bingo,.........filter is back.!!
