Just because full rainbow looks too colorful and friendly. I decided to left a colors of fire to make her mane and tail ominous.

Yep, something of a Lightning Dust, but even more vicious and evil. Sounds and looks about right. As ever, nice work with the elongated shapes of her limbs and neck/head/ears, love them long feathers and hair with them small hairs and strands and the scarf, too. Good work with the torn texture of the cloth present in the picture. The thing about limbs and mane and tail also applies to the statue. And it's a good transition between the fires and the night sky. Well done.
