He frowned, "It doesn't smell like fruit salad...It smells like cherrys" he purrs and nuzzles the bottle of cherry syrup.

He continues to nuzzle the cherry syrup bottle, "She doesn't mean it~"

Shade looked up at him and rested her chin on her hand. "You know that you're weird, right~?" she chuckled fondly.

He looked at shade and puts the cherry syrup behind his back, "Guess I am, eh?" He smiles.

She grinned and sang, "Better weird than normal~!"

He smiled a bit, "I guess you're right...~"

She smiled softly and pushed out the chair across from her with her foot. "Sit with me."

He blinked, "Well, okay.." He sat down across from her and smiled.

"How have you been?" she questioned, pouring him a glass of Blood-Wine.

He shrugged, "Alright I suppose" he replied simply, just tapping his finger on his leg.

"Nothing interesting going on~?" she grinned, pouring her own glass.

He simply smiled, "not much to do really" he said, stirring the drink he'd been given, simply just moving the glass and the liquid in the glass.

She arched an eyebrow, taking a sip. "Surly there's idiots to sneak up on?" she inquire, calling to mind the fact that, when she got bored, things went WRONG.

He smiled at her, "You should know I don't like doing that kind of stuff" he said, taking a sip of his drink.

"Then find someone to have sex with," she said bluntly, lifting her glass.

He nearly spit out his drink, "I-I can't do that!" he said, trying to regain his breath from nearly choking.

"Why not? It would be easy with your looks," the Demoness shrugged, completely nonplused.

He cleared his throat, as if to ease up. "W-Well, I still have manners.." he said, still embarrassed of the whole idea.

"B-But...!That's..." he tried to explain himself, but he just wanted to be as proper as he could so he didn't have to go up there and sleep with a stranger.

He blinked and smiles, "That sounds a lot better, i'd rather read alone then do what you implied earlier" he said, happy to be do something that required less... intimacy.

"A cat?" he asks, taking another small sip from his glass. "Besides, there's nothing to read. I've read all I could get my hands on, and nothing is different" he pouts.
