Here's some constructive criticism:
Try not to use circle tools (or line tools) for the head and keep the line size consistant
Use references and color palettes as often as you can
finally don't just use the little color bar that's already there on the ms paint hot-bar
i know its convenient
but the colors are often not the correct one
